Registrations will open in due time after the submission deadline

The price includes all social events such as any welcome drinks, all coffee breaks, lunches as well as the Gala dinner (PhD student registration fees do not cover the gala dinner).

Hotel and all other travel-related costs are not included. 

Please do not forget to book your Hotel

Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Discounted rates have been arranged for the participants at the hotels listed here. Please note that the number of rooms is limited.  Therefore, you are strongly advised to book your accommodation as soon as you receive the acceptance letter.
